David Wilson
David left his position as Principal of Kingsley College in Melbourne to begin an adjunct ministry of the College among city workers and reside in the Melbourne CBD with his wife, Debbie. David is a former member of the Melbourne City Council and now a consultant.

Tony McCarthy
A former AFES staff worker and National Secretary, Tony recently retired from the TAFE system. He was also the founding chairman of the TEAR Australia Board, a position he held for 25 years until 2004.

Ron Clough
Ron is a consultant to Christian organisations with a special interest in overseas missions. He heads up the AEA Religious Liberty Commission and is a member of the World Evangelical Alliance RLC.

A graduate of Monash University and Bible College of Victoria, Claire currently works in a number of administrative and training roles within the environmental, TAFE and not-for-profit sectors. Claire, and husband Jonathan, are based in Frankston (VIC).

Jean Phillips
Known all over Australia as 'Aunty Jean', Jean joined the board in 2003 and is helping EA develop its support for indigenous ministry in Australia. She lives in Brisbane.

Peter Ralphs
Peter has ministered in the Methodist and Uniting Churches in 3 states and was the key contact for EA in Queensland for many years. Peter is the former Principal of the Bible College of Queensland.
